My kids really love homemade bread and rolls. So for Easter this year I needed to make something special to go with those homemade rolls. We have been blessed to have wonderful strawberries here so I decided to try and use them up by making strawberry butter. It looked really pretty on the table and the taste was wonderful. I think I might try raspberry or blueberry next time!

2 sticks Butter, softened
3/4 cup 10X Sugar
2 sticks Butter, softened
3/4 cup 10X Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz fresh Strawberries*
Blend in a blender or processor until very smooth, this will take time and patience. My suggestion is to cream the butter first, then slowly add the strawberries and vanilla. Store in refrigerator.
*Remember to always taste your berries for sweetness. Some may need more sugar than others.
